Cancellation Policy for Kufy Fabrics

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Standard Orders: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty.

  • Custom Orders: Cancellation of custom or personalized orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, custom orders cannot be canceled as production will have already begun.

2. Order Cancellation by Kufy Fabrics

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as unavailability of stock, issues with payment processing, or errors in product listings.

  • Customers will be notified of the cancellation and will receive a full refund or the option to choose an alternative product.

3. Refund Process

  • For canceled orders, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized fabric orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Communication:

  • To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing their order number and reason for cancellation.

6. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

  • If an order is canceled after it has been dispatched, the customer must follow the return policy. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and return shipping costs may apply.
